Franklin Together has multiple committees, task forces and work groups that function within the planning goals and objectives of the Coalition’s Strategic Plan.

Please email reentry@sccap.org if you would like to participate.

Below is a brief description of each of the groups:

The Community Outreach Task Force works to identify creative and innovative opportunities to assist people in their reentry into the community. The Community Outreach Task Force also examines the barriers people face, and through an asset-based approach, combat the challenge. Work groups with specific focuses operate under this task force. They include: employment, housing, pro-social activities, reentry simulations, and recruitment.

The Case Review Task Force works as a team to problem solve barriers and create systemic change. Reentry cases are reviewed monthly at the Franklin County Jail to identify how to best assist the individual in transition from incarceration back into the community. *This meeting is closed to the community due to confidentiality and security at the jail. If you would like to participate in these meetings, please contact us.

The Sustainability Committee is tasked with solidifying the Coalition as an anchor in our community. The group focuses on maintaining diverse funding sources, evaluation of programming and financial strategic planning.
